▶ RadarIQ in ~75 seconds — how the brain learns, thinks, and feeds you the next call.

Not another contact database. A sales brain that knows trucking.

Generic sales-intelligence platforms hand you names and a phone number. Selling into trucking is different: the account that's worth a call today is the one that just entered a buying window — a new authority, an insurance lapse, a hiring surge, a failing ELD, a fleet that just grew. RadarIQ is the AI copilot built for exactly that. It's the reasoning layer on top of DotRadar's universe of every active US carrier and fleet, scored for how you sell.

How RadarIQ works

1 · It learns how you sell. Tell RadarIQ what makes you pick up the phone — fleet size, states, cargo, safety signals, authority age — or just rate the carriers you like. It builds a private profile per persona and re-ranks the whole universe to match your real pipeline.
2 · You ask in plain English. "Find new-authority reefer carriers in Texas under 50 trucks that are hiring drivers, and skip anyone already in my pipeline." RadarIQ understands segment, lane, safety, insurance and intent — no filters to fiddle with.
3 · It reads live triggers + proprietary scoring. RadarIQ's live data engines score every carrier and fleet for eight buyer personas and fuse the underlying safety, authority and inspection data with web intelligence, then surface who just crossed into a buying window — ranked hottest-first, tuned to you. The federal layer is fully MOTUS-native — FMCSA's new data system, refreshed daily with dated change files — so RadarIQ never reasons off the frozen legacy feeds many older tools still resell.
4 · It feeds you the accounts — and the why. A dialed-in list is staged for your review. Each account carries a plain-language why-now and a 0–100 score, so you know who to call, what changed, and exactly what to say. You choose what enters your CRM.
5 · It writes the outreach. One click turns any account into an email, LinkedIn note and voicemail in plain trucking language — objection handles and follow-ups included. RadarRoadshow even plans in-person visit days and conference target lists by territory.

What makes RadarIQ a true sales-intelligence copilot

🧠 Learns per rep, per persona

Every chat and rating tunes your model. The more you work it, the more the list is yours — not a generic template.

🎯 Buying-window triggers

New authority, insurance lapses and renewals, hiring surges, ELD/HOS gaps, crashes, fleet growth — the moments that make an account winnable, refreshed daily from MOTUS-native FMCSA data, every signal dated to the day.

📊 Evidence-only scoring

A 0–100 score for eight personas on every carrier and fleet, computed live from federal data. Every point traces to a source — never a guess.

💬 Plain-English answers

Ask for what you want the way you'd say it to a teammate. RadarIQ speaks trucking — for-hire vs. private fleet, reefer vs. flatbed, X-dates, BASICs, ELD.

🌐 Gets smarter as your team works

Every brief, web scan and rating your team runs is shared back into the platform — so the next rep opens an account already enriched.

✉️ Outreach that sounds human

Segment-aware copy in blue-collar trucking language — a private fleet is addressed as a fleet manager, never pitched like a for-hire carrier.

Built for everyone who sells into trucking — and into fleets

RadarIQ powers eight sales personas across the whole industry: insurance producers, factoring, ELD/TMS & fleet tech, fleet maintenance, driver recruiting, safety & compliance, toll management, and freight brokers. And it reaches beyond for-hire carriers into the two fleet markets most tools ignore: private fleets (utilities, food & beverage, construction, ag) and public-sector fleets (cities, counties, states, transit and schools) — a dedicated universe of thousands of government fleets you won't find in a generic prospecting tool.

Questions about RadarIQ

What is RadarIQ?

RadarIQ is the AI sales copilot built into DotRadar. It learns how you sell, reads live buying triggers and proprietary persona scoring across every active US carrier and fleet, and stages a ranked prospect list for you to review — each account with the reason it's worth a call right now.

Who is RadarIQ for?

Teams that sell into trucking — insurance, factoring, ELD/TMS, maintenance, driver recruiting, safety, tolling and freight brokers — plus reps selling to private fleets (utilities, food & beverage, construction, ag) and public-sector fleets (cities, counties, states, transit, schools).

How is it different from ZoomInfo or a generic sales-intelligence tool?

Those give you contacts. RadarIQ is trucking-native: proprietary per-persona scoring and live data engines score every carrier and fleet for eight buyer personas, surface the exact moment an account enters a buying window, and write outreach in plain trucking language — and it gets smarter from the leads your whole team actually works. No one else has built a platform like this.

Is DotRadar's FMCSA data current after the MOTUS transition?

Yes — DotRadar is fully MOTUS-native. FMCSA froze its legacy registration datasets in May 2026 and moved to the new MOTUS system; DotRadar's data engines read the MOTUS datasets directly, including the daily change files (authority status, suspensions, new insurance filings), so scores and triggers refresh daily and every signal carries its FMCSA date. Tools still built on the legacy feeds stopped getting registration updates at the freeze.

Does RadarIQ cover private fleets and public-sector fleets?

Yes. Beyond for-hire carriers, DotRadar carries a dedicated universe of private fleets and thousands of municipal and government fleets, each scored for maintenance, safety and fleet-tech buyers — segments most prospecting tools miss entirely.
